Who, of the candidates, would focus most effectively on education issues in this country?
there are a lot of issues but I am very concerned about our lacking education system and skyrocketing college costs. I don't hear a lot of focussed conversation on this. Looking for REAL information(not dumb remarks) on where candidates stand, and who is making this a priority? why? I'd love to know details

- Ron Paul would. The reason why I say this is because he would enforce the current illegal alien laws which would decrease the class size GREATLY. This is being realistic because the fact that smaller class sizes means better teaching which is achieved. It would also be more beneficial if it were ONE language spoken in the class room verses many different ones. The other benefit that he would bring is the fact that TESTS don't mean that a child knows more or how smart they are. It simply means that the teacher can teach questions and nothing more. Not very "Real world" if you ask me.
- Well certainly not Huckabee -- who doesn't even believe in evolution! I wonder if he knows the the Earth goes areound the Sun?
- John Edwards is the one candidate with a proven record on his commitment to improving education and educational opportunities nationwide. Check his record and compare to those who barely mention it.
- Obama or Kucinich as well as Edwards, they want to shift s[pending from war to education, and they oppose the No Child Left Behind Act
- and you work for ...............................
