Is doing elementary education and photography at the same time worth it?
I'm a sophomore in college and switching from an Architecture major to an elementary education major. I haven't done too much as far as schooling in photography, except for a high school class. But I really like it. Would it be worth doing as a side job, especially during summers when things might not be so busy and when more weddings take place? Any more advice for me as I go forward with Elementary Education? Thanks so much. I was also thinking of becoming a principal of an elementary or high school after some time.

- I can't help you with the photography. But I am a Liberal Studies major (education major) and all I can say is that to become a teacher (at least in California) you need to be willing to teach for free for a few months. So maybe once you graduate you can do photography on the side meanwhile you student teach and earn your credentials.
- That is not bad as long you have time management, it is easier to do things when they are scheduled. But if you love photography then go for it, you'll enjoy working.
